    Ribbon dried fish | வாளை மீன் கருவாடு

    Vaala meen karuvadu Varuval is the tamil name for ribbon dry fish. These usually have a low-fat content and they are preserved longer.

    Method:

    • Wash the fish pieces well in water.
    • After washing, Soak the pieces in water for 15 mts.
    • Marinate the above ingredients for 10 mts.
    • Fry the fish pieces in oil in small batches.
    • Goes Well with Rasam Sadham, curd rice etc.
